What’s On entries are free. If you organize events in
Leicester, or events for people who live in Leicester – for example through a
club or society or even a commercial entertainment venue – you can send us
details of any events you would like to be included by completing an
activity form telling us:

The name of the event and a brief description (max 20 words)

when it will be held – date(s), time(s) and duration if appropriate

where it takes place: the full postal address and postcode of the venue. This
is essential if you want your event listed on the What’s On website

a contact name, telephone number and website/email address for enquiries (if
applicable)

any price or ticket information (if applicable).
Alternatively, you can send the above information to: What’s On, Communications
Unit, Leicester City Council, B7, New Walk Centre, Welford Place, Leicester,
LE1 6ZG. Or fax it to (0116) 254 5391.
There are no set deadlines for information to be included within the What¹s On
web pages but if you want your events(s) to be considered for inclusion in
Leicester Link, please ensure information is received at least five weeks
before the event takes place.
While every effort is made to list all the information received, sometimes we
may need to edit what we receive.
Your Information
All the information you send us will only be used for the What¹s On site and no
other purpose. Nor will we share your information with any other organisations.
